We source only the highest quality natural ingredients, and we never use artificial preservatives or fillers to cut corners. Each of our chocolate is an artful masterpiece, crafted from start to finish with the utmost care and attention to detail. Freeze Dried Fruit Powder Fresh fruits being picked when perfectly ripened and then dehydrated using the freeze-dried technique. This method keeps the nutritional value practically unchanged, so these products do not need any artificial colouring, food enhancers or preservatives. By preserving their natural flavor, color, and nutrients they are a healthy and convenient option for snacking or baking. Organic Cacao Butter Our cacao butter is 100% raw, pure, nothing added or taken away. It has not been refined so retains it's wonderful chocolatey aroma. It is extracted from Peruvian cacao beans which is grown sustainably amongst trees or shrubs, using the Agroforestry land management system. This method has much less environmental impact than the fertiliser-heavy plantations.
