Delivery

After the purchase is completed on the website, we will process it and hand pack your chocolate. We aim to process orders and get them ready for dispatch, within 1-2 working days. If an item is out of stock we will get in touch via email to let you know.

Once dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email.

 

Currently all orders are shipped with Royal Mail Tracked and you have an option to choose from their 24 or 48 hour services:

  • £4.70 for all orders

  • takes 1-2 working days to arrive

  • includes Sunday parcel deliveries

Royal  Mail  Tracked  48
  • £4 for all orders

  • takes 2-3 working days to arrive

With both options you will get sms or email notifications about your chocolate delivery.

If you have any concerns about your order, please let us know at info@chocodoodledoo.co.uk, but allow couple of working days from the dispatch date before doing so. 

Please look out for updates on shipping information about any potential delays due to holidays or hot weather in the summer! 

Returns

Choco Doodle Doo

At                                         ,  we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please email us at info@chocodoodledoo.co.uk with your receipt or proof of purchase, telling us about the issue, and we will provide you with details about the next steps.

1. If you simply change your mind about a purchase:

  • you are responsible for the cost of return shipping

  • please note that in this case postage costs (incl. original and return postage) are not refundable

  • item must be returned in its original condition and packaging (unopened, undamaged)

  • product(s) must be returned within 14 days of the date of purchase


2. If your item arrives damaged or is not as described:

  • please contact us immediately at info@chocodoodledoo.co.uk and we will process a full refund and provide a prepaid return label for the item to be sent back to us 

  • product(s) must be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase for a refund or replacement of the product to be issued

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Return only via Royal Mail services please, otherwise it won't be delivered!

 

All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed.

Only regular priced items may be refunded in full, and sale items will be refunded at the sale price.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If 14 days (in case 1.) or 30 days (in case 2.) have passed since your purchase from our website,

unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
