instead of refined sugars that are used in conventional chocolate, our bars are sweetened with natural alternatives
Refined sugar has empty calories and no nutritional value while unrefined sugar retains all of sugar’s natural nutrients, flavours and colours.
Also unrefined coconut sugar has an extra benefit. because of it's low Glycemic Index it allows you to enjoy the rich, decadent flavours of chocolate without the negative impact on blood sugar levels or dental health.

A good example of this is that we only use cacao butter that hasn't been deodorized. This means that our chocolate tastes a bit different than the stuff you might be used to, but we think it's a good thing!

Meet The Founder
Hey There, I am Carolina!
As a trained confectioner, I have always had a passion for creating delicious and visually stunning desserts. However, after making a shift towards a healthier lifestyle 17 years ago, I began to explore the world of chocolate making in 2021. I was tired of not being able to find a real healthy treat on the market, so I set out to create high-quality,
guilt-free chocolate that still tasted great. I attended chocolate making courses, consulted with professional chocolatiers, and experimented with different ingredients.
My journey has been a constant learning experience, and I'm thrilled to share my passion for healthy chocolate with others. As a firm believer in the power of healthy food and a proud advocate of the free-from and vegan lifestyle, I knew that my chocolate business had to reflect these values. That's why I founded my own vegan chocolate factory, where I produce natural, gluten-free, and refined sugar-free chocolate that is also organic.
My goal is to provide a healthier alternative to the processed and unhealthy chocolate available on the market, and to do so in a way that is sustainable and responsible.
As a mother, I didn't want to feed my children with junk food, so I always made sure they got healthy meals and snacks. But because "life without chocolate is like a day without sunshine," I also wanted my kids to enjoy chocolate without any harmful ingredients.
Now, I'm proud to offer them a product that can be enjoyed with confidence.
I believe that protecting our planet and our health go hand in hand, and I would like my chocolate to be a tool for people to make healthy and sustainable choices in their own lives.
